A TPI Screen allows the trainer to identify any physical limitations you may have and how those could be directly affecting your swing. The screen consists of a 60-minute session assessing flexibility, balance, mobility/stability patterns, golf posture and range of motion. A report of findings and list of corrective exercises are included with the screen.

I started training with Justine in February 2012 to lose weight , after approximately 6 months of training my weight was down 35lbs and my waist size dropped 6 inches (went from a 42 to a size 36), late in that year I developed a back problem that ultimately required surgery to correct. This was done in January 2013. At this point I was fairly certain that my golfing days were over. I decided that giving up golf was not in my best interest so I started training with Justine again to regain my strength and confidence. As a result, in less than a year, I was back on the course, not only just playing, but playing better than I did before my surgery! I have consistently trained with Justine for the last three years and have no intention of stopping any time soon. Personal training and golf fitness are essential aspects of a healthy life style.

She then discusses your dietary habits and gives you realistic practical guidelines to follow. She also makes it very clear that you have to be committed to working out on your own and not just in your sessions with her- echoing the old adage, that to have a successful workout program, you have to be willing do it when no one is watching. She has proven time and time again, if you follow her guidelines and work hard, you will have success, reach your goals, and have a great deal of personal satisfaction. I know I did!!!
